National Crime Victimization Survey Data Dashboard
The National Crime Victimization Survey Data Dashboard (N-DASH) helps policymakers, researchers, and law enforcement agencies understand crime trends in the United States and develop effective strategies for crime prevention and victim assistance.
Driving meaningful change in crime prevention and victim assistance efforts.
The U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) has conducted the National Crime Victimization Study (NCVS) since 1973. RTI developed N-DASH for BJS to centralize the NCVS studies from 1993 onward into a single platform, offering users a real-time snapshot of evolving trends for timely decision-making. Interactive visualizations empower users to explore key findings with ease, gaining deeper insight into crime trends and patterns.
